Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all ebook sales are final. This applies to Plantcare Basics at Home, The Exotic Ballerina's Bible, and Selfcare 101.
If you did not receive your download link, experienced a technical issue, or were charged but never received access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately.
The 7-Day Guide is offered free of charge. There is nothing to refund.
If you purchase the full 30-day program and have not accessed any of the program materials, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, or once materials have been accessed, the sale is final.
If something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We're human here and we'll work with you.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital products will be disputed with full documentation of delivery.
Purchases will appear on your bank or credit card statement as COTTONBLU or MYRACLE GRIGSBY.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases will appear on your statement as COTTONBLU or MYRACLE GRIGSBY.
